I underwent fertility treatment with Care Fertility Plymouth and the care and treatment received was outstanding. From start to finish, at every appointment, my partner and I were treated with kindness and compassion (especially during more difficult times). Many parts of our CRGW experience were great. The nurses and embryologists were incredibly attentive. The doctors were kind, but didn't feel very invested in working out what our issues were. I had to push to try different supportive therapies on our last round (which did work - but miscarried early on). We have come away with no clarity on WHY we have had 7 years of subfertility misery and when our final embryo was miscarried no one ever bothered to call to follow up to talk about our experience or about why we might have l... read more

Disappointing service to say the least. Subprime care. Made a huge mistakes with our care and did not communicate important information to us until it was too late. We have Been fobbed off ever since despite giving them the opportunity to resolve it.

We had our first IVF consultation with CRGW in November 2021, began treatment in January 2022 and had an embryo transferred in February 2022. We went on to welcome our beautiful baby boy in October 2022. CRGW took what could be a really stressful process and made it as calm and relaxed as possible. They were always at the end of the phone when we needed them. The whole team were empathetic, attentive and reassuring. We really could not recommend them highly enough.
