Hot mess express
In and out in about an hour. Fast, and professional. Will definitely use again. For the record, we read the reviews prior to coming and didn't experience any of what was written previously. Guess acting right goes a long way.
Walk in CDL DOT medical re cert at 0930. Took 3 hour in and out. Staff good and doing their job. I was told re cert docs are sent to FMCSA within 24 hours. We shall see.
I was a little nervous going into my physical after reading some of the reviews and not knowing what to expect from all the tests. But I ended up having Jessica, and she completely changed the experience for me. She was professional, kind, and talked me through everything the entire time, which helped calm my nerves. She even got my blood on the first try and I’m a very difficult stick. If you’re lucky enough to get Jessica, just know you’re in great hands.
