My thyroid surgery was done promptly and very professionally.
When my husband and I went to see Dr. Kathleen Crews-Williams, we immediately realized that she has big personal problems. She brings her personal issues to work. She has a a terrible temper and does not know how to control her temper. She thinks that she is the only one with personal problems. I don't think she learned how to control her manners in medical school. She has terrible bedside manners and she needs to work on her temper because it is very bad.
