Such an amazing experience! Our family loves renting the jet skis whenever we come in town. The owners of Crews n Adventures are so kind and the customer service is amazing. Can’t recommend them more!!
I called today (Friday morning) to check on a jet ski rental for later in the day. I talked to Arianna and she gave me all the info I needed and more. She sent me a quick video to watch regarding safety, as well as the waiver to sign before we got there. She showed up a little early, exactly where she said she'd be. She fully explained the mechanics of operating the jet ski and off we went. It was a great time and the machine ran pretty darn fast! I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to spend the day on the water.

I run a competing rental agency in Coeur d Alene and when I can't help a customer, I send them to Crews N Adventures. These guys are humble, local, lovers of the water and will bend over backwards to help you have a great time on the lake. The epitome of a small, local business, you'll be glad you rented from them.
We rented 2 Jet Skis for a full day and had an absolute blast on the lake!! We had an unfortunate situation with one of the jet skis that put it out of commission but they were able to work with us and get us another one we could finish off the day with. The customer service is absolutely out of this world and the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommend and we WILL be returning customers in the future! Thank you both so much!!
