Dr Marston called and checked in with my mom when my dad was in the emergency room if he hadn't just happened to call to check on him and speak with emergency room doctor we were about to be brushed off and sent home. He truly cares and the call to my mom was after 7 pm . I know wait times need fixing but you can't buy caring. So thankful.
Owned by a horrible person that makes his workplace extremely toxic. Sends threats to his workers and tons of horrible things like gaslights them. I will never support Crewe Medical Center again.
One of the owners is a horrible, ungodly man. He ran over a nativity scene of Jesus during Christmas on purpose and verbally abuses and gaslights his workers as an intimidation tactic. He had made multiple nurses leave and I will never support this place again.
Dr. Marston is fantastic. Friendly, selfless, and focused on his patients, he is one of the best physicians I have ever met.
The doctors are good, but their time management is horrible! You will wait a minimum 5 hours(if you’re lucky). Those wait times are with an appointment and with them not accepting walk-ins. Most of the 5-star reviews are from patients with long term relationships with the doctors(10-20 year relationships). The younger population doesn’t have the patience for this kind of time mismanagement. With the scheduling technologies available, these wait times are unacceptable.
