Crew training is a great place to workout...welcoming faces are everywhere. I have tried every class time (well not the 5am) and every instructor is great. My favorite class is usually Thursday as there seems to be a smaller class time and it gives the instructor (usually Lisa) a chance to talk about proper movement patterns and the muscles that go along with it!! I love being able to questions if I am doing a movement right or wrong! You gotta check out CREW!
