I visited Crew after having two kids, I was looking for a way to get back into running pain free. I had such a great experience with Caitlin and her team, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Thanks to them I’m working out and running with no issues!

Crew Physical Therapy & Caitlin, are the best!! I cant say enough good things about this place. (I’ve been to a few in my lifetime). Three years ago I was diagnosed with a Osteochondral Lesion…it’s a condition where both the cartilage and underlying bone were severely damaged in my Talus, a critical weight bearing bone in your foot. Every step hurt and at times the pain was so bad I didn’t want to walk. I had a micro fracture procedure to repair the damage. Caitlin and Jaclyn, filling in for Caitlin, are Amazing!!! Dry needling, and therapy has kept me in the game to run 2 marathons this year and a distance challenge race of 32.75 miles all between June 21, 2025 - September 13, 2025 and that’s not including all the long training runs. Their professionalism, knowledge, experience, love and compassion for what they do is absolutely TOP NOTCH!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Caitlin at Crew Physical Therapy is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She truly takes the time to understand the problem you’re experiencing. She doesn’t just “fix” the issue — she digs deeper to find the why behind the what, getting to the root cause to help prevent it from happening again. Caitlin is also fantastic at explaining medical terms in a way that’s easy to understand, and she provides great follow-up to ensure you’re on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or injury!
