OUTSTANDING enjoy the professionalism of new management team. Nothing is more important to me than customer service and CREW IS #1 in that area. The equipment is top notch and the gym itself is "white glove" immaculate.

Aamir This Gym is now under new management, nothing like the old management, with in the few days they have taken over they have already started changes, I too have been a member for years, and I am sympathetic to what the ex previous member wrote however that was not my experience, and yes it took a tumble under the old management, but it's an excellent location in town, and the 5 star equipment is worth the time and workout. Totally New Experience! Cleanest Gym in Houston and TONS of Member Benefits... Free childcare, free valet, free botox consultation and becoming one of the first GREEN gyms in Houston, which is very important to me!
They take YOUR money and run! This bunch of thieves closed shop and moved locations for four months in 2007 - leaving existing pre-paid members in the lurch. The existing management told everyone that they would get the time added back at the new gym, but with "new management" brought in they decided not to honor that agreement. So now I paid for 12 months of membership and only got 8 months of use, and they tell me that they'll do me a "favor" and give me credit for the 4 months THEY WERE CLOSED, but only if I purchase anot... read more
