I've loved both classes I have taken with Marcia and Scott! They were very nice and explained everything about the class and helped me get familiar with the bike and rowing machine.
This class gave me the boost I really needed.

Marcia and Dan are the sweetest! The studio is a cute stand alone and the class was killer in the best way! Definitely recommend crew for any and all levels of fitness!
