Marcia and Dan are the sweetest! The studio is a cute stand alone and the class was killer in the best way! Definitely recommend crew for any and all levels of fitness!
Marcia was a great instructor and the class was amazing! I will definitely be booking another class with her.
Great workout and have enjoyed every teacher I've taken there.. everyone is knowledgeable on form but also allows you to be flexible with the workouts.. if you want to throw something in that you want to work on, they encourage you to do what will serve you best. Always goes by really quick but feel accomplished leaving!
They were so welcoming for our first visit! I loved how you could go at your own pace and the instructor encourages you but isn’t like a drill sergeant. You can also tell they’ve built an amazing community!
Great experience!! It was such a great workout and the instructor was very attentive and explained everything in detail. The facility was very clean and there was easy, accessible parking available!! Will definitely recommend and come back
