Always a clean cut and trim
They did a decent job at first. Mowed the yard and it looked fine as far as I could see. Unfortunately I didn't check my yard after every mow and it came back to bite me. There was a patch of my yard that they missed mowing for a few weeks because they thought it was a garden, fair enough. They came back and fixed it for me after I told them about it and I went on with my business. What they neglected to do was clean up the tall grass that they had mowed down. Totally disgusted with their lack of customer service. I called last week about an issue I had with them and was assured that it would be taken care of immediately. So on my next scheduled day they show up only to see someone is home to watch them work so they leave without doing anything and when called and emailed about the situation they don't have the decency to respond
