Had an excellent experience with Harrison in getting our roof underlayment replaced. Work was completed as promised on schedule. Highly recommended.
Extremely happy with the service provided, the customer care, and attention to detail in every step of the process. These guys know what they are doing and they do it very well. We just had Crew Construction replace our roof, and were very satisfied with the level of service they provided! The office staff quickly and efficiently addressed any questions and concerns we had. The sales representative, Harrison, was exceptional! He provided above and beyond service in all aspects of his job. Photo documentation of problem areas, product representation, and courtesy were superb! Our dogs even loved him! Great company!
After a full inspection, this contractor (Chris) told us nothing needed to be done - even though other contractors said the opposite. That level of honesty is rare. They could’ve easily pushed unnecessary work, but chose integrity instead. We truly appreciated that and would absolutely call them again.
We are extremely pleased with the roofing project on our house. Chris and Harrison were exceptional to work with from start to completion and the only company to go into the attic, take photos and explain any potential future issues. The price quoted was very reasonable. The project was completed in two days and the crew did a wonderful job with clean-up.
