We showed the stylist a photo of how we wanted my son's hair cut. Unfortunately, the final result did not resemble the style we asked for, and the edges were crooked and misshapen. When we returned to have it fixed, the same stylist was the only one available, and she was abrupt with us. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because she did provide a refund. The cut was uneven, with noticeable differences in length and jagged edges.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. The owner is a thief and beyond rude! She refuses to refund a deposit for a booking that was made with a stylist that no longer works there, for a booking over a month away! She has completely shut down all messages that I have sent and when I went into the salon she refused to talk to me about it and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is no where on her website that says deposits are non-refundable, only that they cannot be cancelled within 24 hours. Her staff literally left, it’s n... read more
