Was disappointed. They didn't get the bugs off the front. It was $12 for a basic and they charge an additional $2 for vacuums. I'm used to free vacums and only paying $10.
Great wash. I really like that we could use the vacuum on both sides of the Jeep.
I don't go there that often because of my schedule but when I do it's always been a very nice experience and if my vehicle isn't clean the first time around they have a policy where you come in back in and get washed again they're always nice to me
Spoke to Adam and he was amazing in a situation he didn’t cause and for how terrible and annoying the situation was he went above and beyond when he didn’t have too. Unfortunately I do not have a good experience at all with Crew Carwash as a whole but I am reviewing just based on Adam so his place of employment sees he is worth every penny and they need more who care like him.
They put the RFID sticker on my windshield without asking before can I react. It's a pain to remove the sticker as it leaves a huge mess on the windshield and I had to use super strength remover which is also toxic. Alcohol did not work.
