Visited this car wash one week ago and after exiting the car wash I heard something scraping against the ground. I looked underneath and my heat shield beneath my car was half torn off and dangling under my car. The employees had me submit paperwork for a claim and just today I got an email where they say the damage had to be preexisting. I do not have an old car, and the shield had no rusting or signs of deterioration that would indicate it was loose.
