I’m an unlimited member and have been for years. I go to this location a lot. Every time, I have an awesome experience until today. When I went thru the membership line and approached the car wash, I asked for my tires to be sprayed (as always with a pleasant “sure” and a smile.) I was rudely told by Anna “no you have to circle around and ask for that when you arrive”. Mind you, she was not the typical smiling greeter as all the Crew Car wash team members are.
