Damaged our vehicle and they denied the claim when the air dryer sheared the third brake light off my Cadillac. They tried to claim it was already damaged. If you like your car do not use crew or mikes as manager said before we even left nothing would come of it. Very unprofessional attitude the manager had by already dismissing the claim before it was even filed. They just lost 3 unlimited memberships.
Stopped in the new Avon one at 267. After one ultimate wash, still bugs all over the front and windshield. Circled around and went through a second time for free- STILL bugs all over the front. TERRIBLE JOB.

Went through just now informed the gentleman to make sure to get the bugs off the windshield and front bumper got out and looked they were still there, went through again and they are still there. I left because I have things to do and didn't have time to sit through a line for a 3rd time! Wasted my $19 for a wash that didn't even clean my car!
I've always gone to this location, but I've always used self serve bays. Last week I began using the actual wash at this exact location. Today after work I stopped by to go through again and was denied a wash service for my vehicle being "too low" when I was just there last week at the same Crew. I informed them that I was there last week and the response I received was "sorry we missed it last time." For obvious reasons I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
