Great people
Do not recommend, their brush strands got stuck in our back bumper. Their machines scratched paint off our car driver side back door and they declined to fix the problem as nothing happened inside the auto car wash when it paused us in the middle of going through. Usually didn’t have a problem but management team said that crew would pay for the repairs but once it got looked over by upper management it was declined that it never happened there. I wanted to get my car washed but the line seemed long. I decided I would see how long it would take on clock. I was out and back on road in 10 minutes.
I love nearly everything about Crew Carwash. It is quick and efficient, even when you don't use the unlimited plan like I now have and LOVE. The only thing I don't like is that they space the cars too close together when there are a lot of people there. It may not seem like it from the outside, but from the driver's seat inside the car, it feels really uncomfortable. Plus, it makes it nearly impossible from a sedan to see where the tire slot is located when pulling up to the entrance to begin the washing process. Beyond that... read more
