BOYCOTT CREW CARWASH! Does not accept money as payment, no cash, credit only. Overpriced anyway, doesn't clean your vehicle very well, tons of bugs left on front of my vehicle even on the glass and mirrors, tailgate untouched. they ask me ( which part you want washed lol ) um everything between the bumpers, its a car wash right. Corporate office will not own up to vehicle damages stay away! A staff member at crew didn’t line my car up properly on August 1 2025 causing this damage to my rim. Crew says a pothole caused this perfectly shaved rim damage without even so much as a scuff to my rubber tire on my 6 month old new SUV.
No longer accept cash payment. I usually go about once a month to get the Basic Plus with cash. This time "Sorry we do not take cash". Makes me feel like they do not trust their employees so I should not trust them either.
