Emma’s Tuesday evening spin classes are amazing! Her music is perfectly timed to fun choreography and the songs are so good!! She is engaging, positive and she makes you feel great every time you leave her class! I highly recommend Crew Barre and Cycle and suggest giving Emma a try!
Updated review 5/20/21: Such a great place . I have recommended you. Instructors have great attitudes and are very motivating. It is never "the same old class" scenario. Each instructor adds their own special touch to the class. I admire how you ladies strived to keep open despite the many challenges you faced. Wonderful first experience. Today was my first class and everyone was super nice and welcoming. The instructor took the ti.e to help me get settled and the class was fun! (and very intense.)
This is the best place to go for a fun, motivational exercise. The spin classes are a must! You leave feeling such a sense of accomplishment and inspired by the instructors.
Tara's 5:3A Cycle. Tara's an instructor you pray never leaves the studio. Will never miss one of her classes if I can help it. Every one changes your body and your mood for the better. You leave stronger than when you walked in, & energized to attack the day
