Booked an appointment for my kid (4 y.o) previous day. They agreed and booked the time at 10AM in the morning, all good. Went in the next day, waited 15 minutes only to be told that they do not do kid haircut??? Why did you not tell me that on the phone??? The guy who booked my appointment on the phone himself refused to cut hair. Horrible irresponsible people who do not care about their customers. I'd advise you to stay away from this place. All their good barbers already ran away.
No answer on the phone, so I go to book online……. Called back later to a woman who couldn’t speak and I phone back a hour later to a guy who answered like he had ZERO energy and couldn’t care less about business so ima have to go from 3 to 1 star. And tell your smoking employes to wash their hands before taking on clients cause my previous visit made me want to puke Website domain is up for sale lol….. hello it’s 2025 who’s running the shop? Get with it, you guys I’m shocked with this
Worst booking policy they got..we booked for 3pm but when we get there at 2:50pm they let 2 customer get ahead of us..
Had a great barber experience with Mark today! He was really careful with trimming my hair and my mustache which showed that he really cared about his work. He was friendly and I could tell he makes sure to bring out each of his clinets' individuality. I'd recommend other clients like myself to prefer his services when they come here.
