I was on vacation three hours from home when my glasses broke. The first place I tried took one look, said they were beyond repair, and sent me on my way. I decided to try Crew and Boss. I went in one hour before closing and explained the situation. They found some discontinued frames to fit my lenses, switched them out, and didn’t charge me a dime! I was so impressed that they would treat me so well when I’m not even their patient. It speaks volumes about the customer service and genuine integrity of the practice!

My dad recently called to see if they were accepting new patients. The receptionist that answered was immediately rude and dismissive, before he even had a chance to share more info she was annoyed. This is how she worded her questions to him “so do you have insurance? What are you even looking for? Can I get some more info?” It was just very rude and she was clearly letting him know she wasn’t interested in spending time helping him. I would highly recommend. All the staff was kind, courteous, friendly and very helpful. Dr Platz was very respectful, listened to me and was very explanatory in answering my questions as was the rest of the staff too. I had an examination from a different ophthalmology that was referred by my medical doctor and it was not a good experience and I could tell my prescription was not correct.
