Is poor quality of work.. They will damage your belongings and take forever to respond and not fix it. Not only once did they messed up but twice..
Had a terrible experience with this company. We purchased carpet for 4 rooms through Home Depot. Crew 2 is the installation company Home Depot uses. Initial visit, crew of 4 men arrived and only one of them spoke a little English. They tore out all old carpet and installed new carpet. Took pictures and sent to Home Depot due to the new carpet being installed loose and edges looking unfinished.
