Absolutely WORST doctor visit I have ever had!!!! My first time seeing Berez & mind you I’m 22 weeks pregnant. Without a warning of what she was going to do to me..this woman proceeds to take her entire hand & push down on my stomach as hard as she could & I almost hit her & told her do not do that because why would you not tell me “hey I’m about to push on you, is that ok if I do this”!? This truly an outstanding medical practice. Dr. Flammang is a outstanding practitioner and totally responsive to my needs. Just send them a message and expect to get a thoughtful response in a matter of minutes, not days. I have gotten wonderful compassionate care from the nurses Lindsey and Ashley. Doctor Flamang was my doctor for years. I came 12 minutes late with a newborn who is having health issues after trying make the appointment. Got here 2 minutes past the 10 minute policy and I was turned away. Guess Im finding a new doctor. Its been a run Doc!
Dr. Chantal Berez and Nurse Beka literally saved my life. I came to them at a time when I was struggling mentally. The care and concern they provided me was life changing. I have never experienced that type of genuine care and concern from a medical provider. She was even willing to see me when I lost my insurance.
