Katherine and Andrew's soothing and calming voices and gentle guidance have taught us how to experience the most beautiful meditations. The connections with nature, your own body, not to mention the shared experiences of the rest of group are truly wonderful. These meditation sessions are now a regular and important feature in our lives and have helped us to be less stressed, have a calmer mind and appreciate everything and everyone around us.
I enrolled in the awynedd training through 2020 to 2024. An excellent experience. A thoughtful and a well crafted programme with a great community. A real opportunity to deepen and broaden my skills, development and professional practice.
