I’ve worked on homes built by CT Homes, including cases where I was brought in to fix severe mistakes left by their other subs. Despite stepping up to do the right thing, I was told not to speak with the homeowner, and they ultimately refused to pay for my work. Ironically, that same homeowner has since hired me independently because of the quality I delivered. CT Homes appears to prioritize control over accountability. Our experience building with Cretin Townsend Homes was fantastic from start to finish. The planning and design process couldn’t have been easier, and the in-house mortgage team made financing a breeze. Trent, our builder, was an absolute pleasure to work with—patient, attentive to detail, and involved every step of the way. He promptly caught and corrected any issues, ensuring everything was done right. Overall, this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a company.
I just want to give shout out to Josh and David K for the masterpiece of a house they built for us. The build journey was made much more pleasant and less stressful mainly due to their superb customer service and their willingness to help with our non stop requests to get the house we dreamed of. They made that dream a reality and I want to thank them and every member of CT team that was part of the process.
