I’ve worked on homes built by CT Homes, including cases where I was brought in to fix severe mistakes left by their other subs. Despite stepping up to do the right thing, I was told not to speak with the homeowner, and they ultimately refused to pay for my work. Ironically, that same homeowner has since hired me independently because of the quality I delivered. CT Homes appears to prioritize control over accountability.
