I had my home built by Cretin Townsend Homes in 2024, and I purposely waited over two years to leave this review because I wanted to make sure I could give an honest opinion after actually living in the home. My experience was excellent from the beginning. Julie was my first point of contact and was wonderful to work with. We love the home we built the Cretin Townsend and would highly recommend them. We had been through the home building process before (in another state) and talked to several contractors prior to moving forward on this project. They were by far the best value, the quality of construction is excellent and their communication made the process relatively straightforward.
