Saturday & Sunday washer are full
Shop staff called me out of the blue saying they needed to get my truck in for maintenance but it wouldn't prevent me getting to my delivery appointment on time since they'd only need an hour or two. Four hours later I'm still waiting, having missed my appointment, and they never thought to let me know there would be a delay, I had to walk over and ask multiple times.
