This place is really small and crowded employees are rude business is really slow
To put it short, the building puts on a very good face to what actually happens inside. Breaks my heart to have to do this but I’ve watched it go down for long enough. Staff gives cold shoulder, management degrades and picks their favorites, and their staff doesn’t fulfill the TRUE role of their licensing and morals. 0 person centered care, 0 completion to improve thrives and quality of lives, and absolutely contributes to the stigma and rumors of skilled nursing. I have been in this facility for a few months now, this is a great facility with friendly,caring staff. I have come to enjoy the extra curricular activities, made some friends a long the way and will be sad to leave.
My mother in a room with 3 others & very unhappy. NO privacy, She dont get enough sleep. She hates eating the food. She is depressed.
I have waited for 4 months to post a message about my Mom that lived at Creswell Post Acute from age 95 to 99. She passed in July 2005. From the bottom of my heart I thank all the amazing, kind, caring staff there. I live 4 blocks away and was there every day or every other day. The staff became our second family! They took such good care ofy Mom and all the residents. I was there so much I miss them terribly just like I miss my mom. All the staff I don't want to leave anyone out they were excellent.
