They don’t answer their phones on the weekends or after 6pm. The nursing have not done well in managing my mom’s pain or advocating her needs to the house doctor to get her pain meds scheduled instead of PRN. Employee are not wearing name tags, so she does not know who she is talking to. When nurses bring in my mom medications, the nurse does not tell her what medications she is taking. My mom loves the therapy department.
When I arrived they asked how far down the hall did I walk today. I came in on a stretcher I’m paralyzed in the first week I developed the start of a pressure sore my daughter noted the third week I got Covid I’m bed ridden it was brought to me by staff members. The fifth week woundcare on my left Dina changing brief on my right pull excessively hard and twisted my back resulting in a dislocated rib. Three strikes I’m going to my daughters. From my family's own experience with this horrible place, please do all the research you can before letting them provide " what they call care" at that facility I hope that this place gets investigated and the patients get moved somewhere they are taken care of. Plz plz do your research like I wished we would have done before it was too late.
The staff here is very helpful and caring. I have a family member currently in their care. They are genuine and take proper care of her. She has been to previously facilities and she seems to be most happy here. I recommend this place for your loved one’s care. Thank you to all the staff that show up and do their part!
