This place is ran by a very crooked group of individuals, they will tell people about your private business (even tho it’s a lie). If you own a home in this park and are trying to sell it they will steer people away at your expense. The reason is they want to sell you the homes that own in the park. Next step they will do is take 3 weeks to run a background check on your potential buyers and lie and say they did it when they actually didn’t send them in....... BUYER BEWARE !!!! A nice long term park This is a monthly park and does not do weekly or daily rentals. It is part of a Manufactured Home Park. It's located on N. Mill St which is the old Hwy 99 running from Creswell to Eugene. It is clean and neat. Allows pets up to 25 lb. Currently has two spaces open.
