Love the staff at this place! They are always so helpful and kind :) Dr. Joanne is the nicest person and most helpful when it comes to diagnoses.
They have been extremely good for me and my family. Never had any issues. Always provided answers to any queries we had.
Dont waste your time going here. The reception up front is super lazy and unfriendly. She's just sitting there looking in front of the computer shopping. I went here several times and was turned away. Told me they were booked for the day. I went here 4 days in a row and they said the same thing. Booked for the day. When nobody was in the reception area at all. I was told by my doctor in Cottage Grove that we can just walk in the Creswell Clinic anytime without an appointment.
Lack of knowledge and willingness to help. Myself and 4 other people were told to go to th er. They were nice bit ineffective at there job
