If they had a minus 0 I would put that down. My sister was admitted due to a traumatic event in her life. I received no phone call for an update on her until they were sick of me calling. It states visiting hours and when you ask they tell you there is no visiting. Finally, after 4 days my sister called me she wanted out of this place.
