My family and I have called this community home for five years, and it used to be a place we genuinely enjoyed living in. However, since Patti took over as property manager, our experience has changed for the worse. She frequently behaves in a hostile and discourteous manner, often seeming angry and unwilling to engage positively with residents. When assistance is needed, Patti is unhelpful and dismissive, which has made the environment uncomfortable for many tenants including us.
I have lived in this community for five years, and it was a well-managed, welcoming place until Patti became the property manager. Since her arrival, the atmosphere has noticeably declined. Patti consistently displays rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior. She often appears visibly angry, is unapproachable, and shows little interest in assisting residents when issues arise.
