If you’re considering building in Crestwood Village, I would not use Pauli Homes. In 2024, I signed a contract to build a home with Chris Pauli, and it’s been a disaster. It was supposed to be a “custom” home. If the work in my home is custom, I would hate to see what’s not custom. I have bad paint all over. I have given Chris and his staff an entire month to fix it.
