Hoa doesn't care about what you have to say when asking for help from crazy neighbors who disrupt the neighborhood constantly. Cops constantly called. Say it's an hoa problem. When you go to the hoa they don't care. Not a safe place to live. Starting to look for a better and safe place to live.

Judy has signle handed made this the worst experience in my life. My mother had to sell her house to pay medical bills. She personal fought us every single step. You went out of order, you didn't notify us to sell, etc. Hospice was 12k a month. We sold the house and she sat on the paperwork for 60 days. Now she double charged us for the water bill. Unfortunately she was an obstacle the whole process and even thos the house is gone I still have to deal with her nonsense because she over paid the water bill

I have lived in crestwood village 2 for 20 years now and after reading some of the reviews I felt the need to write my own. I feel that our village has been slowly falling apart. We have people working in our office that make mistakes and instead of admitting their errors they cover them up. Most recently the monthly maintenance coupon books. I've lived in CW2 for 3 year and I've not had a single problem. Everyone in the office has been kind and helpful, but I go there as little as possible. I ask the questions I need to. Sometimes it takes a few people to reach the person who knows the answer or who is in charge of whatever. That's a small cost to pay for a lovely home at a price unheard of in NJ, surrounded by trees and open spaces. As far as dog owners, most are very nice and very responsible.
