Crestwood 5. Living here 5 years. Beginning year 2 they started harassing with threat of fines for anything they could think of. Trim down 2 unsightly tree stumps. They fined me for removing trees, tooks months of disturbing communications to straighten out. Side of property had a sand ot overrun with weeks. I worked and spent alot of money to turn it into a thriving garden. The deer destroyed it. Judy has single handedly made this the worst experience in my life. My mother had to sell her house to pay medical bills. She personal fought us every single step. You went out of order, you didn't notify us to sell, etc. Hospice was 12k a month. We sold the house and she sat on the paperwork for 60 days. Now she double charged us for the water bill. Unfortunately she was an obstacle the whole process and even thos the house is gone I still have to deal with her nonsense because she over paid the water bill

Hoa doesn't care about what you have to say when asking for help from crazy neighbors who disrupt the neighborhood constantly. Cops constantly called. Say it's an hoa problem. When you go to the hoa they don't care. Not a safe place to live. Starting to look for a better and safe place to live.
