I would not recommend this location. There were trains that kept us awake most of the night. We were so tired the next morning and had to drive an hour to get home. The room was comfy for my son who had the sleep study but I had to sleep on a recliner which I’m sure is typical. The tech that took care of us was great, she was really friendly and professional but had given us a useless school excuse that didn’t actually excuse him from school the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My 8 year old had a sleep study last night. We got there before 8:30. She wasn't hooked up and allowed to lay down until around 10. And she's use to going to sleep around 8 so she was exhausted by the time the tech( who was rude and never gave her name) got done. The TV didn't work. The remote to the "sleep number mattress" didn't work. And our toilet in our room was stopped up and gross from the moment we walked in and we had to ASK to use the bathroom in the hallway if needed all ... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My 4 year old had a sleep study last night. We were told to be there at 8:30. We got there a little early and got settled. Was told she’d be back in around 8:45 to hook him up. He wasn’t hooked up until 10. I was made aware of the bands that would be around his waist and the wires that would be on his head, face, legs, and shoulders beforehand. I am absolutely dumbfounded at how unprofessional/unempathetic these people are. Over the summer I accompanied my grandfather to be dropped off at a sleep study and the people were incredibly rude / impersonal to us and they didn't treat him much better. He went back for a THIRD sleep study last night (he cannot sleep at night and we have told them this - he is only sleeping during the day after 4 intense surgeries he has had) and he was asked to sleep in a mask (which wasn't the issue) and he FELL out of bed during the slee... read more

Initially, I was a bit concerned reading some of the negative reviews that have been posted. However, my experience with CSC-M and its staff was just fine. Instructions were clear, check-in was quick and easy, room/bathroom were clean, T.V. worked, shower was hot, bed was comfortable, technician (Megan), was professional and thorough. The only recommendation I have for anyone who needs it, is to bring shorts to sleep in, NOT pants, because wires will be attached to your lower legs and for me, the pants made it a bit uncomfor... read more
