My sister was there for 6 years and the care she received was fantastic. She had Huntington's Disease which basically shuts down your organs but leaves your mind in tact. She couldn't say enough nice things about the care and comfort she received from the staff there. When she was nearing her final days the staff couldn't have done more for family and friends who were visiting her. They went above and beyond all our expectations. They are truly angels and we can't rate this facility high enough.
My Mother WAS at this facility. Let's just say look more closely than the nicely decorated entrance and facade that the caregivers can put on short term. My Mother (suffers from COPD) laid in her bed without her Oxygen working properly for well over six hours. Could have died. More often than not they are short staffed. Do your research and just 'pop in' - You will be suprised. They are poorly managed as well.
