Only place i knw that doesnt have central air and charges like it does.Elevaters break down every two seconds and no handicap ramp for elderly. Pretty ridiculous.
My wife and I purchased a unit and lived there for a few years. Great place if you are in a unit that isn't below someone else. Has a pool and tennis courts as well and plenty of parking. Nice and quiet and well maintained by their property manager, Sergio.
