Not bad on price or homes
Yeah it's got speed bumps and everything else like that it's a cool little area but now it's HOA ran and it seems they pick on some of the tenants whether they live there for a year or they've lived there for 20 years and it seems to be pretty one-sided but yeah if anybody knows how to talk to the HOA president of this trailer park please contact me because I'm pretty sure that people have to me notify that they're switching to an HOA rules there has to be some kind of writing or something that they were okay with switching ... read more
