We had kitchen cabinets installed about three years ago and have been very happy with the quality of the material and the installation. A child fell on a lower cabinet door and bent a hinge. I reached out about a replacement hinge and Crestwood went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Chad and his team for a finish carpentry project, including bookshelves and crown molding installation, and was ultimately very disappointed. Despite initial assurances, the team was unable to complete the job due to the specialized nature of the work — something that should have been assessed before starting.I requested a refund for the unfinished portion and an additional credit for the inconvenience, but Chad failed to resolve the issue or provide a clear response. I've called and called this place of business and they have never picked up the phone have no message service. A sign of someone that I do not want to do business with. . Its a sign of lack of organizational skills which leads to chaos and I don't need chaos in my projects.
