I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with our experience at the Crestwood ER in Harvest tonight. We arrived around 5:25 PM because my dad, Jr Parkhurst, was having ongoing chest pain. During triage, we were told that his EKG was abnormal and concerning and that they wanted to do blood work, including checking his cardiac enzymes, and give him baby aspirin. I checked in September 4, 2026~. I've never seen a more professional facility. The staff were very knowledgeable and understanding. The diagnosed the problem rapidly and explained the process completely. The main nurse (I think his name was Larry), was highly intelligent and explained allprognosis with me in depth. The doctor was kind and helped helped me understand the problem and answered all question. At discharge the nurse called around and secured aid in helping back in my house. NICK THE NURSE is phenomenal!! even coming in @2:00am his personality and attitude was excellent. He treated us with great care! very great listener and just overall made our ER visit outstanding. Don't go here for bone and joint injuries. Took my son here after a skating injury. During X-ray the radiologist pointed out what was wrong to me but didn't give a diagnosis (obviously). Dr. McMorries and NP Driggers informed us that it was just a sprain and that there was "no obvious fracture". We followed up at OS1 this afternoon where we were informed that that IS in fact an obvious Salter-Harris Type 4 fracture (through the radius and growth plate) and that the radiologist even noted it with a big green arrow on the imag... read more
