This place has stolen my wash 3x (they owe me $45), their equipment is terrible/doesn't clean well when it does work, and there is no customer service to call/contact, but they answer reviews here? WTH! Avoid this place at all cost (literally). Use the one on La Grange Rd (much nicer).
I typically don't have a lot of complaints even when the automatic carwash works (usually my car still has areas that aren't super clean but it's fine). However, yesterday I attempted to use the automatic car wash since the self service spray area houses nesting birds, and I was charged twice and the machine never started. Well I used to come here a lot, but the greed has sat in on the cost. Raised the wash by 2 bucks and removed wash features with thr e increased cost
Car wash would not take my credit card put in $20 and I did not get my change back I tried calling to let them know phone number is disconnected.
