Do not buy no vehicles from these people. My airbag light is still on and other items that was promised to be fixed after I brought the vehicle was not fixed. I had to take it some where else and pay out of pocket. And I was told the vehicle was flooded so it shouldn't been sold. They never cleaned it up as well. I should have taken it back like my daughter told me. All of us with these bad reviews need to get together and file class action lawsuit because they are selling lemons and getting over on people. Before I purchased a car from them, they were consistent with messaging and calling me. When I arrived to get the car, I asked for paperwork to see when was the last maintenance check done. I never received it. Upon returning home (Virginia Beach) I had the car looked at. There were pieces missing from the engine along with screws, tires were bad/old and missing lug nuts, a hose was cut under the hood as well. On top of no maintenance ever being done. Girlfriend purchased a 2012 VW CC from the place. Had to wait 3 months before receiving the title (paid in full with cash). We were assured they would pay for any tickets we got for the dead, temporary tags while waiting to recieve the title. We were towed and impounded for having dead tags and the dealership people didn't help at all. After we tried to contact them to at least help pay the $600 fine for dead tags, they blocked our numbers and refuse to contact us. They sold me the car without the title and we called them twice and they came up with excuses until two months later they came out and told me they didn’t even have the title in. Therefore I could get hard tags. They said if I got any tickets for dead registration they’d pay for it and a week later my car got impounded for having dead tags due to them and when I called around 5 times they just ghosted me and blocked my number.
