Incompetence. My landlord's company of choice, and I have no idea why. Reached out about a toilet that, despite all efforts, wouldn't stop running (wasting water and money). It took them 2 weeks of running water for them to respond to our landlord (we were cc'd in all emails), then over a week more for them to get here and look at it. The contractor decided we needed a new toilet citing rust on all the tank parts (all the parts in the tank are plastic) He could be back in a week.
