I called to make an appointment. I was told they’d already met their “quota” and would not accept new patients. The practice may be lovely. But I wouldn’t try them if you’re new.

Edit in 12/2025 - I had my filling replaced. I mean... it was a filling. So never fun. But it wasn't the worst experience. I still love this place so far! Original Review: I am SUPER anxious of doctors/dentists. I have had two appointments at this dentist, one with Dr. Chang and one with Ashley Brinson (Hygienist). I am SO GLAD I found them. EVERYONE at this office is nice! Front desk, the person who took my X-rays (Jennifer?), Dr. Chang, Ashley. They were ALL wonderful. If I can give them more than 5 stars,I would.We have had Dr.Chang as the family dentist for more than14 years and we would continue to patronize her as long as she remains in practice.The transformation with our braces was almost instantaneous and remarkable. Dr.Chang and her staff are extremely wonderful, helpful, prompt with stellar customer service. Missy is our main Lady;I never have to worry about moving things around..We just need to show up. Wishing you guys more success in bringing forth beautiful smiles

I really like Crestwater Dental, this is my second years at this place, all people here are very friendly and professional. Kathy do my cleaning today, she really pay attention to the detail, does excellent job with care, total satisfy, I highly recommend her.
