Amazing with my dog
We can’t say enough good things about the team at Crestview Vet. Dr. Torevell is exceptional. Not only is she really skilled and knowledgeable but she’s also so gentle and kind with our dog, Jean Claude. You can tell she truly cares about animals and takes the time to make sure they feel safe and respected. The entire staff is also wonderful. I took my husky Mocha here for the first time, and everything from the initial phone call to leaving was amazing. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The information and next steps provided by the vet were very helpful and easy to understand. In a world where you walk into a vet office and are trying to be sold three bags of hydrolized protein dog food and every vaccine known to man - this was refreshing.
My dogs have been going here for years. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating for your furry loved ones and pet owners too! We moved, however I still take the time to bring them here and buy their dog food. They go above and beyond!
I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist. I asked a few questions over the phone, she seemed irritated and eventually started raising her voice. I found her tone unwelcoming and unprofessional.
