Since making this post a manager of Crestveiw has since reached out to me. He has listened to my concerns and agrees that since it had not been even 3 months since purchase they will help with the issue I am having. We will change our review about the management team for taking the time to call and listening to our concerns
We are very pleased with Crestview Hewitt/Waco! Very knowledgeable staff across all departments - Finance, Sales and Service. We purchased a used 2017 Jayco North Point and Don (shop/service) did an awesome job getting it ready for pick up and showing us the ropes - very experienced. Kenneth (sales/finance mgr) was a huge help choosing the right 5th wheel hitch for our vehicle - extremely knowledgeable. Signing papers with David was even enjoyable.
