First of all. SHAME ON YOU. My 89 year old relative purchased an as is trailer. We understand the meaning of as is, but the roof trim is falling off, no antenna (wire was cut) leaving a hole for water to run inside. Water damage behind the sofa. Supposedly your service tech went over the trailer. He could have pointed out these mentioned items. She would have still purchased a trailer from you, but not one that was in bad shape. I went the other day looking for a specific used RV. When I walked in the office I saw 2 employees. Neither greeted me. I looked back and forth at them waiting for someone to offer to help me. Finally the female employee decided she would help me. The atmosphere was very dry. I will never do business here.

We bought a 2026 Brinkley. Adam Alexander is very knowledgeable on the Brinkley product. He helped us pick the right coach to meet our expectations. The Sales Manager gave Us a great price. The Finance Manager found the best interest rate. Adam presented Us with a RV package that includes a power surge protector, sewer hose and other essential items We needed.
