Great location,near everything.bart right up the street.new fire station on the corner.clean friendly management.
Extremely poor management. We’ve had several negative encounters with management since residing in this mobile home park for 5-years. Each encounter has resulted in management texting my spouse with a power-trip. Management has chosen to have (2) individual park residents do the yard keeping for 87 mobile homes, “per his timeline”. They get yard debris all over our personal property, belongings, and vehicles, with no prior warning that maintenance is being done.
