I would have gave it five stars but you it's still a mobile home community and what would I give a neighborhood for houses so that's why it gets four otherwise it's really nice and owned by the residents it's a cooperative so they take pride in it as they should. I was there to look at possibly roofing in their mailboxes which sounds like a good plan.
One star is to much for this place.
