The staff and doctors at Crestview Clinic are the best I have ever experienced. I'm 70yrs of age and have lived in various communities in the city and rural. I have experienced several different doctors over the years and been dissapointed and frustrated with most. My husband and I have now found the most wonderful family physician at Crestview medical clinic. She really cares about you, as well as cares for you. They never answer the phone anymore! So frustrating to get any information.
Dr. Harpal Chaudry was amazing!! He listened and advised accordingly. The rest of the team was equally very helpful at Crestview. Had a great overall experience!
Hello I would like to speak to the manager as I was in today and returned and made a point of that the staff were kind and that my incident was more an operational error..not their fault. Yes I was upset but was transparent to my views of almost having to bring my 84 yr old mother to an appointment that was never confirmed but appeared so through the online booking system. I have asked to speak to the manager and have yet had the chance to explain my side.
