I saw Dr Hercina today for a small procedure on my toe. I had thought my procedure was today immediately after a consult but my appointment today was just the consult and my procedure was supposed to be scheduled at a later date. I was disappointed as I thought it was today and I had booked off work/gotten childcare and had my husband drive me to my appointment from the other side of the city. Absolutely disgusted that FIRST, I was dumped as a patient with ZERO communication as to why. Called to make an appt., was told I was no longer Dr. Ian's patient. WHAT? SECOND, my dad, who has been a patient for years, calls to make an appt., was told HE is no longer a patient of Dr. Ian's. Again, ZERO communication prior to my dad calling. If you want to lighten your patient load, ok, I get that. But, you CALL THEM OR SEND A LETTER first. Despicable behaviour by a professional. Truly GROSS.
Dr. Moran has been good to us for a long time now. The issue that's been consistent is the lack of respect for my time. I understand things come up, and people get squeezed in, but having to wait over an hour (almost regularly) after the scheduled appointment time is incredibly frustrating. It's even more frustrating when the appointment was made over a month in advance. Kids get pulled from school, and time off work is missed.
I’ve never a bad experience at this clinic. I actually went in one day thinking my daughter’s appointment was that day. Come to find out I was an entire week early They fit us in anyway.
