We are a Family Practice Clinic that has been part of the Winnipeg community for over 40 years. We have built a new facility to accommodate the increased services that we provide to our patients. Dr. Moran has been good to us for a long time now. The issue that's been consistent is the lack of respect for my time. I understand things come up, and people get squeezed in, but having to wait over an hour (almost regularly) after the scheduled appointment time is incredibly frustrating. It's even more frustrating when the appointment was made over a month in advance. Kids get pulled from school, and time off work is missed.
I’ve never a bad experience at this clinic. I actually went in one day thinking my daughter’s appointment was that day. Come to find out I was an entire week early They fit us in anyway.
The medical team here is great! I really felt heard and taken care of as a patient. All the staff I talked to were very kind & thorough during the whole process. Thank you!! :)
