Had a appointment at 8:10am at cresview this morning with my 7 year old who is having anxiety around school and not sleeping properly we and our son feels was brushed off by the doctor whom over talked when trying to explain what was happening He then told me and my husband his sister is going through the same thing so he's aloud to be smug about it we are very disappointing by the way we was treated we now making a complaint about the doctor this is poor practice with patients
Thank you Crestview for leaving my wife in acute pain & distress without medication this weekend despite her submitting a prescription several days ago. Their excuse is 'new guidance' which advises them to withdraw medication presumably to cut costs. My wife and myself are both pensioners having worked hard all our lives, paying full N.I. contributions yet are denied help by the duty doctor at Crestview.
