Be very careful with these people. They will make you think that you have to sign their paperwork before you can see your loved one. You do NOT have to do that. My sister was a patient here about 2 years ago. I did not sign a financial responsibility paper. Her insurance ran out during her stay and they knew it. They did not tell her despite her asking them many times. She was only there for rehab and not an elderly person. "We will let you know if your insurance runs out".
