They don’t care about their residents safety. They have a psychotic 18 year old named Jared Pratt that lives there that shot off a firearm in the neighborhood and they’ve done nothing to remove him. They say they have strict dog leash rules but I as well as two others witnessed a dog attack and try to maul a well known housecat of the neighbors.
